By accessing or using SalonQue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
SalonQue provides a cloud-based salon management platform that includes online booking, client management, payment processing, staff scheduling, and business analytics tools for beauty and wellness professionals.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
5. Data Privacy
We take data privacy seriously. Client data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
SalonQue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
